What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

I have a lot of strategies. With health issues that are triggered by what I do, I have plans in place.

The first focus is making sure I sleep. The second is staying hydrated. The third is making sure I eat. The most helpful thing for me as of right now is therapy.

Learning more about how I think has been an eye opener. Journaling or writing lists of whatever is bothering me helps. What I’ve realized is that with my anxiety, different strategies help me. Having outlets to focus on is a huge comfort.
